I have been going to Dr. Roger Briggs since 1980. The workmanship that he preforms is of the highest quality and over the years he has done such a good job of taking care of my dental needs that most of my annual check ups do not require any additional work. He is a very personable guy and has always taken the time to explain what services he is recommending and why. Wish I had read the comments before going to this guy. He does not like questions and gets defensive and angry. Wow! Makes me wonder of he could be believed about the amount of work he recommended for my teeth as he was definitely not willing to answer any of my questions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE!
I was a patient for many years (+10). I had a tooth implant by an actual Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Specialist, which I don't believe Dr Briggs is one. But he did the crown that covered the implant and, a year later, the jaw bone under the implant had eroded from the crown being too high. I had to have an additional $700 worth of bone replacement and the crown 'shaved off' a bit. Now, another year later, the implant is fine, so I know it was the shoddy crown work of Dr Briggs. I do not recommend Dr. Roger Briggs. Does not care about preventative care. Does not like you asking him any questions regarding treatments and becomes very defensive. Overlooks issues and fails to inform you of them. They tell you things are covered by insurance, but they aren't. Then you are left with the bill. There are plenty great dentists out there. I would pass on this one.
Best dental experience ever, Doctors, Hygienists, and staff were all caring and made me feel like I was more important than getting paid. They were not pushy, just let me know what was going on and let me choose what I wanted to do. The best experience ever.
Take it from someone who has had tons of dental work in the past. These guys are the very best in the valley. Conservative in nature, highly skilled, quality, fair prices, efficient and pain free dental work! I am so fortunate to have found them. I actually thought I would need more crowns than what I needed. From the doctors, hygienists, assistants and front office folks, they do everything possible to go out of their way and make you feel special. I would strongly recommend this office!
STAY AWAY from this Roger Briggs. His dentist performed a crown for me two years ago, and also referred me for a root canal. Two years later, the crown work that he performed broke/disintegrated. I met with Roger today and not only was he rude regarding my complaint, they were unwilling to repair their shoddy work. I spent over $3000 on these services and Roger was not even willing to take a look at it today. They are on of the most expensive dentists in the valley, and they do not stand by
