Set up an appointment for a psych evaluation for my struggling child over a month ago. Day before the appointment they called to say they were not going to take my child on as a patient. When I called to see if I could reschedule with another doctor all they could say is that my child what "out of scope" for their office but could not explain to me what this meant. If we were "out of scope" why wasn't this explained over a month ago when I set the appointment. Now I have to start my search for a

Dr. Reeves has shown himself to be one of the most patient and perceptive mental health care professionals I have seen. I spent a month in Clarity as a 15 year old with a terrible attitude and an extremely defensive disposition. He sat with me everyday and listened to what little I would communicate with all of his attention until he had managed to prove his genuine concern for my well being. I'm almost 20, now, and I will always be grateful for him. I would not be here without Dr. Reeves.

I asked for a callback on Wednesday morning; they called me back Thursday night saying he'd call me on Friday. Enough said. Serious situation, and that's how it's handled.

The actual appts themselves are a bit short, but he makes sure to ask the important and necessary questions in that time. He has me on quite a few meds, but things are going much better now than they were before, that's for sure.
