The staff made me feel so comfortable, I was dreading these appointments and extremely worried about my health when I arrived and I left with peace of mind and actually slept a full night for the first time in a couple weeks ... I was anxious, now I’m just ready , they really helped me understand what is going on and I appreciate that so much ... all star staff !!!
I have just recently started treatment for neck cancer at U of M. I have not met one person who has been rude or grumpy with me. I have been met with smiles and understanding from all, from the doctor to the cleaning people. It is a great place to be when facing something scary like cancer.
