Started out great, great care great plan, waited for my surgery date, checked in, hooked up, met with anastesiolgist. Ready to go. Then the hospital administrator comes in with the Surgeon and says yeah it’s an insurance issue..... we won’t be able to do your surgery! It then took me 10 weeks to get it lined up elsewhere. Dr Spector was great but the administrative person was cold, careless and in my opinion that day was guilty of malpractice. Time will tell. Then they still had the balls to bill me

I recommend everything! I can’t imagine how much worse my ordeal would have been without the wonderful staff of the University of Michigan neurosurgery, radiation and Neuro-oncology 😍
