Nice folks, does great work. But they will schedule an appointment but not keep it. Others will be late for theirs but you have to wait because others can’t be on time. No reason to schedule an appointment but tell the patient they “will be waiting”. It’s happened several times. Show up early to make sure I’m on time while others can show up whenever and make me waste my time. That’s why it’s hard to keep a doctor nowadays. Dr. Roff does an excellent job and keeps me going, I highly recommend his services
