Roeser Home Built our basement around 4 years ago, I remember I forgot to put up a review for them. These folks are the best. Even 4 years later, I thank god for our basement. We've had so many great times there. This really means a lot to our family. Absolute Professionals! THANK YOU!!!
I’m unhappy with how my case was handled. The process lacked organization, and I didn’t feel supported when issues came up. For the amount paid, I expected better service and clearer communication. There’s definitely room for improvement in how customer concerns are managed.
