We asked Roeser Homes to build our custom home in a subdivision where we had previously purchased a lot. Austin and Thad worked diligently to help with the design changes that we incorporated. Austin Roeser has built a world class team. The point person on my transaction was Thad Snider who carries the dual role of Realtor and VP of Roeser Homes. I have been a buyer agent for 26 years & have represented buyers purchasing Roeser in the past, but this one was for my in laws so you can only imagine the pressure. Roeser Home Built our basement around 4 years ago, I remember I forgot to put up a review for them. These folks are the best. Even 4 years later, I thank god for our basement. We've had so many great times there. This really means a lot to our family. Absolute Professionals! THANK YOU!!!
