I’m unhappy with how my case was handled. The process lacked organization, and I didn’t feel supported when issues came up. For the amount paid, I expected better service and clearer communication. There’s definitely room for improvement in how customer concerns are managed.

The biggest issue I faced was poor communication and lack of follow-through. After paying $480, I expected professional service, but there were delays and unclear explanations about what was happening. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information.

This experience did not meet my expectations. The service I paid for wasn’t delivered as described, and getting support afterward was difficult. I would strongly suggest getting everything clearly documented before making any payments.

I have been scammed by this company called Roeser Homes LLC. They have taken advance money and have not provided service and have disconnected/not answering the phone. I request everyone to stay away from them through this post. I will tell the owner to contact me now and return my money, otherwise I will take action under the Digital Security Act.

Horrible experience. The owner of Roweser Homes is a dishonest person and took $580 from me, which I can only describe as a scam. I expected a high level of professionalism from a home builder/remodeler, but instead I was met with a gross lack of integrity. This is a huge amount of money, and the way they handle customer money is unacceptable. Be extremely careful before signing anything or paying any money to this group—they are not trustworthy.
