I'm responding to your feedback on David Morales review. I live in the same community and am a stones throw from your construction activity. I understand the need to pour concrete at night. However, that doesn’t justify the additional off-hour work they’ve been conducting since January, including heavy drilling. Our house would shake at 5 AM, and even earplugs couldn’t mitigate the noise. This company appears to disregard the well-being of its neighbors when beginning new developments. We have experienced one of their projects adjacent to our community where construction continues throughout the night, with little consideration for the residents trying to sleep nearby. They persist in these activities because their construction site falls outside of Austin’s jurisdiction. To the project manager of this construction site, we respectfully ask that you have some consideration for the surrounding community.
