The gentleman who helped me was very kind and professional. The arrangement was beautiful. The flowers were delivered on time and were fresh and pretty. I highly recommend this florist.
I’ve probably used almost every flower shop in El Paso and while not all are bad, sometimes I’ve been left with a bad experiences. From late/no deliveries to the flowers not looking like what I ordered online to straight up being lied to. I decided to give Roel flowers a chance and I stopped in yesterday 10/17/24 to order flowers for my girls birthday. They had beautiful bouquets ready to go and offered delivery free of charge! They said they would deliver by 11:30 am the following day to her work and they actually got there... read more
