I first hired Roehr's 15 or so years ago and I've never, ever looked back or regretted my decision. I have used them at two houses as well as a condo and they have served every single need and situation professionally and at a fair and honest price. I have friends who have used other (big name, well-advertised) HVAC companies and had exhausting, miserable experiences -- some who care nothing more than "meeting code" and getting their commission check. My elderly parents furnace wasn't igniting to begin the season. I called Roehrs, and within 2 hours they were at the house, spent a few minutes on it, and called me to say that it was fixed. Very grateful for the amazing service on what I expect was a very busy day for them.
Over the weekend I experienced an issue with a rheem ac unit they installed about 5 years ago. I left a message for service monday am and had a call back within 15minutes. The unit was repaired under warranty the same day (about 4 hours after my initial call) without cost to me.
Efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive. Very satisfied!
