We had two very nice young men come check out what the problem was. Thankfully just batteries in the thermostat. However they did check out outside unit, just to make sure there was nothing else going on.
Matt showed up in under an hour from calling. He was knowledgeable and quick. He had us back up and going in under an hour. 10/10 service.
Our AC quit working on a very hot summer day. One of Roehm’s technicians responded quickly. He was very polite, respectful and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He had our unit running within a few minutes. I would recommend contacting Roehm Refrigeration Heating and Cooling for any heating and air needs.
Our Food Pantry had a 2 door cooler go out and the problem was a bad compressor. The new one was delivered in just a few days and installed the day it came in. Great service by Matt and Roehm.
