Roehm did not originally install our units that were not working properly. They cane out several times to service it and got it working. Sometimes free of charge. Very helpful and professional.

Technicians John and Warren showed up first thing in the morning, politely calling when they were on the way. They got my furnace up and running, and apparently the problem fell under my service contract (Pay for 2 inspections/filters per year), so there was no charge. They turned out all basement lights and closed the doggy gate behind them. I can't imagine a better service experience.
Excellent local company. People and service are top notch!! Highly recommended.
