Please beware- Blake Roeder (owner) admitted that he video tapes residents of his units (11001 Frenchmen Loop NLR AR).l without their consent. Was accused of having pet in unit and was told to vacate in less than 40 days. Told resident children to leave as well. Very rude, aggressive and unprofessional- however- this hostile treatment is only noticed to be experienced by people of color.
