Pretty sad that you take advantage of a woman whose husband just died who was returning a $4000 generator her husband bought and never used. I could understand a 20% restocking fee, but a thousand dollars......what a RIP OFF. I would never recommend your company to anyone.
Purchased a Case TR320 from them in the spring of 2016. Outstanding service and communication. Ask for Buck! He is the man to talk to, very knowledgeable and will find the right machine at a great price. Thanks again guys!
Bought 2 skid loaders from Buck. Had a few issues with the skids when I got them, he sent a mechanic down and got it fixed very quickly. Good communication and easy to get a hold of.
Can't get better service or deals anywhere like roeders keep the good work going
