My experience with Kathleen Williams was disappointing. She showed up Intoxicated at the property. Several features highlighted in the listing and during initial conversations did not match the actual condition of the property when viewed in person. Buyer beware! We purchased a flipped house from Clifford Roe (owner of Roe Reality) whose realtor (employed by Roe Realty) was Rebekah Moorehead. The realtor demonstrated poor communication either due to forgetfulness (at best) or in bad faith (at worst). For example, a potential problem with the HVAC (~15 years old) was flagged during inspection.
