Stay as far away from Rudolfo properties as possible. Owners have absolutely no regard for your living conditions and would rather make excuses on why they shouldn't fix the defects in your home. To give you an example on how lackadaisical, neglectful, and disrespectful the owners are; I've recently been informed that repairs to my home will not be made until I move out, despite the owner telling me months prior he would repair it on several occasions.
