I made an appointment last Friday with this company and set an appointment for the following Tuesday. They said they were going to come at 1:30 in the afternoon. I waited all day for them. Then no one showed up so I called them back. They said that I missed a window and they bumped me till next Thursday. I said I told you I was home, but they require that you respond within 10 minutes after they call you when they send a technician. Very poor business practices. Great Company highly recommend good Quality work awesome employees !
Wasnt even sure I had the right number.. He answered the phone like my brother dose (when he's annoyed). Told me a stopped up toilet and slow draining sink was something I had to call a drain specialist for. Wth?
