Amazing customer service
Buyer beware! I feel completely misled after being charged $42 for a capacitor, only to find the same part for $22 everywhere else. What truly adds insult to injury is that they failed to mention it was non-refundable at the time of purchase. If it was purchased from Amazon, return and refund work just fine. This shady practice left me feeling ripped off. For any product or device needs, I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere
I brought in my pool pump for service.Grace and her team at Gilberts were friendly and honest.Only repaired what needed to be repaired highly recommend five star service.
Don't know where to start. The service is beyond excellent. Brought in my pool pump for repair and it was fixed in an hour. I don't know what was better, the time it took to fix my pump. The cost to fix it. Or the customer service. And then a one year guarantee? I only wish I could give more stars!
