Very rude and insulting owner after 12 plus years of servicing our generator.
Unprofessional staff, no understanding of customer service protocols, rude woman on phone, verbally attacked when I called in good faith to come to a reasonable solution after a communication error on their part. Will never do business with them. Owner was calm on phone after woman yelled but it was like talking to a brick wall.
We have been with Rod's Electric for five years and our interaction has always been positive. Kevin, the service techs, and staff are outstanding. We have had nothing but a positive experience with these folks.
All staff dealt with were highly unprofessional. The owner is uptight and has the worst business ethic I've ever seen. Can't deliver on time. Complete waste of time and money. Dear other potential customers. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE SLOPPY, IRRESPONSIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, HATEFILLED, ETC. I could continue but I feel I've said enough.
