Bought a house and Rod's was the name on the list of contractors for the generator so set up a yearly service. Got a young man who was polite but obviously inexperienced. Left the unit with an oil leak so not very happy. Fast forward two years. We experienced a failure with a part on the generator so called around for a replacement and it was like 16k (10k for installation?). We called because our generator wasn't working. They came out two days later. Very nice and helpful. He had the generator up and working in know time. Very happy with their work and professionalism.. I will be calling next year for annual service.
