Very polite and punctual informed me when they were on their way etc! Slightly disappointed as had to pay full amount for a job that wasn't resolved. What we thought was a blocked water waste pipe from our kitchen into our back garden, rods away attempted to unblock and recommended to locate manhole under a patio built by previous property owners or get builders out to find/fix the damaged pipe, only for us to dig the whole patio up ourselves following the call out to find it was just a "soak away" which we weren't expecting... read more

We had a blocked foul drain on our drive. Jonie & his assistant turned up promptly, as promised. Assessed the problem and sorted it. He was even good enough to advise me that the drain system was struggling and would likely get blocked again. As the block was on a shared public drain he advised I inform Welsh Water. I have done this and they are calling to assess the underlying problem. Thank you Jonie. You did a good, tidy job and kept to the quoted price.
