This business objects vehemently to yelps shady business practices. We use to advertise on yelp and stopped just several months ago. Since we stopped our average star rating has gone down substantially without any new negative reviews being submitted by the public. But yelp decided to "recommend several previously "not recommended" reviews, while simultaneously removing some 5 star reviews to "not recommended".
