Krystal and Kyle were very thorough and knowledgeable on our new home orientation and inspection tour on May 11 prior to closing. They pointed out areas that we as buyers didn't see or overlooked. All items and touch ups were completed by the time we closed on May 22. In addition Ed and Brandilyn in the sales office have both been super helpful from the day we first randomly stopped by the office in March. Answered all our questions and guided us to our new home. My husband and I recently purchased a Rodrock Home. Krystal and Paul were our project managers and did a fantastic job. We were impressed at the attention to detail and communication every step of the way. They exceeded our expectations and it was all around a great experience. We have lived in our home now for about a month and are loving it!
It was such an amazing fun home buying experience! Bruce, Megan and Bob were awesome and Brandy who made sure everything was ready for move in, is a gem!! We are so happy in our new house and love the neighborhood!
Paul and Krystal are excellent Project Managers, who truly excel at what they do, very accommodating and easy to work with, so helpful throughout our process. Always had our best interests in mind. Megan was a tremendous help during the design selection phase of our home and Tracy kept the experience both smooth and enjoyable.
Megan and Brandy were incredibly helpful, responsive, and ensured clear communication at every step. They made the entire buying journey smooth and stress-free, always addressing our questions promptly. We truly appreciate their support and professionalism, and we’re very happy with our new home and overall experience.
