Rodrock does a great job because of their experience. They have a process in place which allows buyers to know what to expect and limit surprises which are all too common when building. And the staff they employ are professional and enjoyable to work with.
My experience working with Rodrock Homes was outstanding! They are very responsive and want their customers to be happy. All the staff I worked with were polite and efficient. My superintendent for the home I built was Jake Hoskins. I cannot say enough good things about him. I have built 5 homes and he is the best superintendent I have ever worked with.
