First time home buyers here. New construction can be scary with everything on the internet these days but our experience has been great! The RodRock team onsite, project manager, warranty team, design team were all wonderful to work with. Not everything was perfect but the team always worked to properly rectify!
Great builder and easy to work with! Rodrock representatives went above and beyond when addressing minor items identified during inspection and final walk through.
