I was initially very excited to purchase our Rodrock home. The layout and overall appearance of the home were appealing, and the community along with location feels like a great long-term investment. Unfortunately, that enthusiasm quickly faded once the keys were turned over. After move-in, any sense of warranty support or follow-through seemed to disappear.
