booked an appointment for the zoom whitening & asked the assistant if she had done this procedure before and she stated plenty of times, it's very common. I found myself on the chair, preped & the assistant starts reading the manual on how to turn on the machine & read step by step by step. She obviously had no clue on what to do & the Dr. never came into my room to check up on me. My lips were terribly burned. Do not go there.
