I had the unfortunate experience of visiting this office for a cleaning appointment and a new patient exam, and it was far from the professional atmosphere I expected. After waiting for nearly two hours, I was still willing to give them another chance and scheduled my treatment. However, things took a turn when I tried to reschedule. Best dentist!!
This is the worst Dentist I ever been through. He pulled my teeth out after saying he was gonna give me a bridge. I will not recommend this dentist to anyone he’s out for the money.
Dr. Hider is "The Dentist" who ALWAYS goes ABOVE and BEYOND for his patients!!! Dr. Hider has a passion for dentistry, and his extensive research in the newest and greatest technology has to offer his patients, puts him ahead of the game in dentistry! The hygentists, along with the rest of the staff, are just as friendly, caring and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise as Dr. Hider is.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. They scheduled me for 1:00 pm. I wasn't called back until 2:00 pm. The dr didn't even acknowledge me until 2:43 pm, at which point he takes one look at me and says he cannot help today. I expressed how important this procedure was, to which he replied, he did not care. VERY unprofessional. I will never be back
