Great dentist. The office the hallmark of efficiency. Always get greeted by my first name. Staff, hygienists and doctor Hider and associates are excellent. Wish all my medical visits could be like this.
I experienced more than 10 dentists in my life time Dr. Hidder poses the following: value knowledge intellect quality of work and integrity and for that I and my family highly recommend him.
Was picking something up, was told there was no co-pay. Just to make sure I asked multiple times when I was there and was told no still. Then 2 hours later they call me telling me there’s a co-pay and demanding I pay the full amount then and there over the phone, which they also charged an extra 3% for using card. Won’t be coming back.
Update back to 5 stars after my son's cleaning appointment was canceled I was very upset. I expressed my concern and was contacted and told come in and Dr Hider will do the cleaning himself! This is why I love this office we all have staffing issues and things that come up but when you right your wrong it shows great character. Thank you Dr Hider and staff for helping a cranky over scheduled Mom
