Very disappointing experience. I went in expecting a routine teeth cleaning, but it was unnecessarily painful and uncomfortable from start to finish. The cleaning felt extremely rough, and I was left feeling sore and frustrated afterward. What bothered me most was how little attention seemed to be paid to my discomfort. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dental office. The entire experience felt rushed and impersonal, and I left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. The staff did not communicate clearly, and I had to repeatedly ask questions just to understand what was being recommended and why. For something as important as dental care, I expect professionalism, transparency, and genuine concern for the patient. Unfortunately, I didn’t get any of that here. Very disappointing experience. On two separate appointments, I was left waiting for about an hour before being seen. I understand that offices can get busy, but having to wait that long repeatedly is frustrating and shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. If the office is running significantly behind schedule, patients should at least be informed. I expected much better organization and communication from a dental office.

Would give zero stars if possible. Did an emergency root canal on my mother and then let her know after the fact that her insurance was not accepted there and it will be over $1000. That is not ok and we will never use then again. How terrible to give an elderly person a huge bill instead of explaining first.

I can’t say enough good things about Hider Family Dentistry! From the friendly, professional front desk staff to the outstanding care I receive every visit, this office truly puts patients first. My hygienist, Kathy, is exceptional—experienced, thorough, and a pleasure to see. Dr. Bazzy is highly skilled, professional, and genuinely caring. Best of all, his numbing shots really don’t hurt!
