Pool cleaning and chemicals are good. Commitment to service calls are hit and miss. Unable to reach anyone by phone, "no service". At this point I would not recommend.
FIRST, VICTOR CAME TO US (MY SISTER AND I) STATED THAT IT WOULD COST $300.00 TO DRAIN AND REFILL WHICH INCLUDED PRESSURE WASHING THE POOL DOWN AND REFILLING WITH CLEAN WATER OR IF WE KEPT THE SAME WATER IT WOULD BE $500.00 AND HE HE WOULD JUST ADD LOTS OF MAJOR CHEMICALS. BOTH MY SISTER AND I AGREED TO THE $300.00 DEAL. AFTER ALL VICTOR ENDED CHARGING ME $400.00 (WAS TRYING TO CHARGE $500.00) BUT I SHOWED VICTOR THE NOTEBOOK WHERE HE PUT THE NUMBERS ON THE PAPER. Man was I Impressed and satisfied but Rodriguez and there work, had a critical deadline, rogriguez came out got it done looks great, wish I could give it a 6 star⭐️
They drained the neighbors pool down the street and it flooded our yard. I asked them to stop and they said that’s just too bad. I said you’ll be hearing from me if my plants die.
