Tenía cita para la 1:00 pm y eran las 2:15 y todavía nada les dije q para q dan cita porq aquí lo q no se puede perder es tiempo cuando es cita a la 1 es a la 1 tuve q pararme con mi esposa y irme porq es una falta de respeto y no a sido solo esta vez cada vez q voy allí nos entran 1 hora o 45 minutos después pero ya esta vez se pasaron 1h y 15 minutos esperando
These people are incredibly disrespectful. First off, when they heard i spoke English as a primary language—they asked me why I came there. Which I did not immediately take as disrespect. But then they made me wait weeks for a referral that they new I needed. I kept calling them and the doctor said it would be done asap in 2 days! And I even informed them that my doctor said they could email it! And they refused even until the day of! It’s giving very prejudice of some sort at this point, and i will be reporting them
