Horrible customer service! Office staff wants to charge for everything, I went for initial consultation & was told visit was free of charge since it was considered preventative, and they charged as abnormality, even the receptionist said it made no sense. Very rude when rescheduling appt (I got there 17min late and tech had no one when I arrived, but since I passed the 15 min deadline, I was rescheduled. Not welcoming at all. Dr Rodriguez and her staff are awesome! She did great with my delivery and knowing what was best to do for my situation. She was very caring and empathetic and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is pregnant. ??

Dr. Rodriguez delivered my first and second baby. Both of my sons had very different circumstances when being born. Dr. Rodriguez and her team provided excellent care for both of my boys. Everyone was professional and caring. They all went above and beyond what anyone would expect. I live 40 minutes away from Dr. Rodriguez's office. I love her THAT much!
Dr. Rodriguez delivered my first baby and she will be delivering my next one! I was very pleased with the overall performance of the nurses, front desk, etc. They all took really good care of me and my baby girl!
Uncaring, cold nurse practitioners. Idiotic, unsympathetic, cold front desk staff. Saw NP for irregular menses. She gave me meds and I got my period for a month and so heavy I had to go to ER.I called office to see NP, was told she would call me back but never did. When I finally got appt. receptionist would not allow me to see NP because I only had half of copay and I could only pay other half an hr later. Impersonal, negligent, uncaring money driven team. Switching doctors ASAP :(
