This contractor took advantage of my elderly mother. Charged her over $900 for what amounted to a wheel ****** of concrete to create an un-needed curb ramp that wasnt even constructed to a standard. The concrete was not placed correctly and will likely spall and crack over freeze-thaw cycles. As a practicing PE., I am knowledgeable in these practices and am very disappointed that they took advantage of her.
