2014 and we've had problems ever since..always said I will come out I will come out..now he's saying we had only a 4yr warranty and 25 yrs material..well, the material is faulty..he drove nails through wires cutting off power and he said we needed to get a electrician to fix it before they could and we are both on ssi and tried to save up..but when we did he said sorry past warranty.. This roofer came to my house so I could saw him what kind of roof I needed. I asked him to put a hipped roof over a small bedroom. He accepted the job and said it would not be a problem. He had a written estimate for me in a couple days. The estimate read Hip roof, materials, etc. But the day his crew came to do it they put in a flat roof over that bedroom. Stay away from this unreliable contractor. We were promised an easy fix to 2 different places the roof was leaking. Both places are still leaking, one worse than before they "fixed" it. Now they do not return calls or emails.

This gentleman has no scruples. He was paid well in excess $6,000.00. Within 3years of repairs I started experimenting leaks. I contacted Jorge who did come but accused me of tampering with the roof. Clearly he is daft. Here it is not 7 years later and my room is leaking in four rooms of my home. Seriously considering a lawsuit especially after reviewing these reviews. Do Not hire him.
