My recent experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing. The receptionist’s communication felt dismissive, curt, and completely lacking in empathy, which made an already stressful situation even more distressing. As a patient, I expect basic professionalism and courtesy, and that standard was not met.

I came with my dad. He had his appointment at 10:15am it's 12:21 and we have not seen the doctor. The nurses here don't know how to communicate. I can't believe how people complain about the doctors in Mexico. These doctors here are worse!
