We had Rodriguez Exteriors do a reroof job on our house and garage. Orlando and his crew were great to work with. They were prompt and courteous. The crew arrived early morning and had our house and garage completed by midafternoon. They also cleaned up as they went so there were no scraps laying around for long periods of time. The finished work looks great.
Stop googling and just call Rodriguez Exteriors. We had a leaking roof that, within one day of our call, they came out to patch. I haven’t had luck with companies wanting to take on small jobs and it really saved us! We were obviously due for a new roof so, this spring, we decided to have Rodriguez Exteriors replace our whole roof. They gave us an extremely reasonable quote and then replaced the entire thing (including redecking) and cleaned up in basically one day. We are extremely happy with our new roof and 7 skylight that Rodriguez completed. MJ navigated the insurance process—supplements!—with Safeco and that was Huge. We talked to 2 other companies and they were not as on top of the insurance claim process. As far as the work: replacing 7 skylights on a steep roof was something they accomplished. They know how to do skylights. The crew worked in cold, windy conditions—using ropes and harnesses on the steep side. I cannot thank these workers enough.
