Caroline is very rude and unprofessional. I was trying to ask questions for my mom and she just hung up on me. I was askin for a person's name and she refused to give it to me. Dr. Eduardo Aquino was truly wonderful. From the start, the visit felt unhurried and thorough. The wait time was very reasonable, especially considering how much time he actually spent with me during the appointment.
