My parents are Dr Susanna's patients. I called just to ask a very simple question was about the COVID-19 vaccine. I just wanted to know from the doctor a yes or no for my mom. And the secretary told me that I have to make an appointment for that. I can't believe it. This is not right.
Dr Susana is ver nice but her secretary is just rude, when we call to book an appointment is is arrogance and rude. It's impossible to talk to her , she acts like she is doing us a favor. This is completely unacceptable. She has no manners and should not be working there.There is another secretary younger girl who is polite and courteous. I'm very disappointed because I am a patient of Dr Susana for over 30 years.
