Personally never gone through these people. However, I find it kind of funny that these people need to block a whole road to work on a house. Everyday for the past couple of weeks the van and truck have parked in the road to where there’s only one side you can pass on. There’s a side of the road they could pull off on but don’t. Not to mention there’s an old railroad that runs right behind the house they’re working on if the excuse is that they need to park in the road to be close to the house. Was nice to hire a contractor that did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it right on time and the new unit looks great inside and out, nice work and I recommend him for your heat and cooling needs

We bought a brand new house in 2015 .We recently found out Dwayne put a 2011 AC model in our home. We still have a five year warranty but he refuses to honor it. We have proven that the power to the house was turned on in 2014 and we are still in warranty. He's refusing still and ignoring our phone calls. We seen on our inside unit that the first few numbers of the serial numbers have been cut off and there is duct tape on our unit.
