I have been going to this practice for 20 years. Love all the docs / NPs and PAs whom I have seen. Dr Yassa and Dr Rodriguez are so good. But I had bad experience with billing. I called made appt at 10.40am for 1.30 appt. Had to cancel in 3 hours to reschedule, but bow I have to pay cancellation fees...50 dollars she said. Daniella from billing was so ruff tuff...just wanted the money. I felt like getting looted!!! It was never like that before.
Doctors are great but unfortunately they do not run a good business. I have been going to this practice for years and have multiple issues with payment. I pay my co- pay at each visit. Multiple time I’ve been told I have been charged incorrectly and have a credit. This happened recently. So there was no co-pay. I called for an appointment today and was refused because I owe $25. And the billing manager is “unavailable “. Unprofessional healthcare.
