Was sent a first bill 1.5 years after service provided for my husband. When I called to alert the billing manager that this practice is illegal per Maine state statute Sec. 3. 22 MRSA §1718-E, the office personnel stated she would have the office manager call me. I told her that's fine but I don't have a lot of time in my work day to discuss illegal billing practices and this bill simply needs to be removed and/or zeroed out, and she hung up the phone on me. Avoid these rude lawbreakers at all cost.
I highly recommend Dr Dale Rodrigue with Rodrigue Eyecare. The care I received from him was exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, thorough, kind and compassionate. He took the time to explain the results of my eye exam in detail and in a way that I as a patient could understand. He also took the time to tell me how to care for my eyes going forward.
