I bought a Groupon for a haircut. When I called the provided number, nobody answered. I finally received a text message that said "Sorry, I can't talk right now." He would only communicate via texting, and any time I tried to schedule an appointment he said his schedule was full. When my Groupon expired, he said "I'll honor it so no need to worry about that." Rodrigo is a stylist working out of the 4 & Co Salon in Rockville. I found him through Groupon. He is not only incredibly talented at creating gorgeous styles, but is the most attentive and considerate stylist I've met when it comes to discussing hair type, typical styling methods and goals. His cuts don't just look good when you walk out the salon like most chains, but will look great after washes, whatever styling you're used to, and grows out lovely.
