I really wish Pete can clone himself. He is so busy I so appreciate him taking time with me when I do get an appointment. Just bad thing my insurance requires him as my pcp for any and all referrals.
It is virtually impossible to get through to this office by telephone.
New patient with Dr Casillas was excellent. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He doesn’t rush you in and out, like most doctors. He takes his time to listen to you as a patient and that’s what makes you feel comfortable in his office. Also KUDOS to the front office gals with friendly welcoming.
Dr Pete used to be a great doctor. He needs to consider retirement as you can tell he is very burnt out and stressed. Forget trying to make an appointment if you are sick or even any reason for that matter. He is overbooked. Waiting in his office will take a good 45 minutes and his staff besides the girls in the very front are very rude. Especially his medical assistant and the assistant with braces.
Dr Revilla is one of the best Dr I been with him for 16 years and Dr Revilla is take care of everything on my life . Menopause so good I never feel it . Thank you for everything .
Went to see him a few years ago because I had to file an ADA claim due to employees in office pouring all their cologne and perfume on themselves every day. Now, the company changed insurance companies & he is no longer on my plan. He is good. Too bad I have to find another allergist.
The Best Dr in town
If I could leave zero stars I would. I went to see the doctor because my knee was very swollen. I got x-rays done at the office. And when he came in he didn’t even examine the knee, he just looked at it. And he continued to say that it happened because of the sugar intake. This was the first time I have seen him. I am not obese I weigh 150 pounds. I had told him that I had squatted and that something happened to my knee. He kept on repeating that it was because of sugar.
