i was billed for surgical services that weren't provided and he was very unprofessional. please do NOT use this office. go anywhere else.
Terrible office people when you call the main number. I called three times and got three diff people. Each didn't know what they were doing. They keep giving me incorrect information and have poor listening skills. One left me a voice message saying - oh someone has already gotten in touch with you. No, no one has gotten in touch with me. You also have to wait up to TWO WEEKS to get a call back. That was what I was told the first time I called. If you are dealing with a scary diagnosis, I would NOT recommend this office.
I am currently at my doctors office, overheard secretary trying to explain to someone on the phone she was looking for this doctor, lady on other end was very upset, kept saying there was no doctor there with that last name, Believe it was a crank call. I can see with that last name someone may think it was a crank call. Does he have an office in miami? Google says is in Virginia.
