Dr Gutierrez is great! His team who handle your healthcare needs are not. If it was some small issue, I would not be leaving this review. When its literally life and death and they give you the run-around for MONTHS that's a real problem. I have left him numerous messages about this and never once received a response. I'd rather drive 30 miles to a new PCP than 10mins drive down the road to see him.
