I made a appoointment for my two kids to be seen. I was told to arrive a few minutes early. Once I arrived at the clinic, at 8:57a.m, all the doors were locked. After walking around the whole building I found some people smoking on the side of the building. I asked if that was the enterance to the building and was RUDELY told that the office does not open untill 9:00a.m exactly. I did not appreciate the rudeness of this young ladies tone.
