Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure

Outstanding doctor and staff. Always pleasant, helpful, and gracious. Extremely conscientious to pain management and making the "dreaded trip" to the dentist a pleasant experience. ALL of our children relate positively to Dr Childress and his staff and have never had the typical adolescent "fear of the dentist".
