When you see him you wait hours to get in the office, which is ok. Did a test on me for sleep study, no results..however a device manufacturer called me saying they are sending a machine out. Again no results were on my chart, no phone call from clinic, no documentation on why or what I needed. Sent message on y chart, going on 5 days no response from clinic. Excellent doctor with a great staff of people who enjoy there field in the medical profession.
Dr Harrison literally saved my life. While most Dr.’s will go off tests alone, He didn’t. I went to Baptist with heart attack symptoms. There my EKG’s and etc we all perfect, he said he saw just a tiny glitch and felt best to check it out. I woke up in an ambulance headed to Providence. My heart vein had split, a blood clot was tearing through and I was leaking blood. I had also had a heart attack while at home that morning and another on the operating table. I have been a patient of Dr. Harrison almost 10 years after seeing many doctors including several Cardiologists, being to the ER multiple times with fainting spells and even a stroke, and even being in healthcare myself. Dr. Harrison was one of few doctors who really listened and kept reviewing, digging and investigating with compassion and determination until he finally had some answers for my symptoms and possible treatments. He thinks out of the box when needed.
