They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they returned quickly. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
