As a first time homebuyer, Rod was there to help me navigate the entire process, and answer any questions or concerns that I had no matter what time of day it was. He has extensive knowledge of the Granby area and a passion for real estate. He set everything up from finding a lender to a home inspector. He was very patient and willing to show me as many houses as it took, until I found the right fit. Highly recommended.
