If your looking for a mortgage company to inform you on the night before you close on your house that nope, you do not have a loan and are denied. Then your in the right pace and this is the place for you. Thousands of dollars lost, supposedly pre-approved, Survey done, appraisals, inspections, septic pumped and also inspected. Home buying can be a very confusing process and I would NEVER recommend Rodney or his team as a lender. Not once were we provide with a timeline of when documents should be submitted in order to maintain the projected closing date, which was postponed 3 times due to their lack of punctuality . We were hassled at 8pm on a Saturday night for further information. Rodney and his staff did a great job for us. We had just relocated to Florida and had no old relationships to work with. Rodney stepped right up and had us on the right track in no time at all. He and his staff were fully involved, were courteous and were always available to answer the myriad of questions that came up during and through the transaction, even "after hours". Obviously, we would use him again and without reservation endorse him.
Mr. Massie was excellent to work with - very thorough, prompt responses to questions, clear explanations of the home buying process, easy to work with - would definitely recommend him for your home buying needs.
