My son & his Girlfriend bought a home listed by Lisa& Rodney Sterne. After closing ,plumber discovers both foundation & plumbing problem. ( While wanting to get ice cube maker hooked up )Plumbers estimate was $30,000. Next found out no permits for work done on house, turning a 3 bedroom / 1 bath home into a 2 bedroom / 1 1/2 bath home.
