They just lost a customer. The service today was the last straw. The procedure to pay for items is inconsistent as I was told to pay for my soup first while another customer right behind me does not have to pay first. I asked the cashier and she gives a response basically saying some people have to pay first, some don't, and some slip through. The guy behind the counter says "well, everyone has to pay". Great food, great location, love being able to have a great meal, and a nice view of Rodney Square, very relaxing.
This place is the best!!!! We order from Elwyn all the time and never have a we do not like issues. There food is made with so much flavor and great taste.. Keep it up cooks
