Rodney talked me through my hairs condition and options he had in mind, always asking my input. I had a great consultation, and I can't wait to see what we do with my hair over the next 6 months.
Terrible experience! Called me very stand-off ish about a my appointment (that I wrongly booked) and without even walking me through the process (since I was never at his hair saloon) told me how he wouldn’t see me because of my mistake of buying the wrong appointment. Then he said if I wasn’t understanding what he was saying then we wouldn’t be a good fit. Me, myself, enjoy quality of service but also quality of people. Very disappointed
I have been going to Rodney for years and he is the only person I trust with my blond hair! He has transformed the quality of it with his coloring skills!
