Rodney is the best colorist I have had in my entire life! I don't typically get complements on my hair, it is thin and not a particularly pretty color naturally. After he tinted it a little "warmer" (a magic combination of colors), people I have known for only a few months and people I have known for DECADES have all said my hair looks better than it EVER has before. Rodney talked me through my hairs condition and options he had in mind, always asking my input. I had a great consultation, and I can't wait to see what we do with my hair over the next 6 months.
Terrible experience! Called me very stand-off ish about a my appointment (that I wrongly booked) and without even walking me through the process (since I was never at his hair saloon) told me how he wouldn’t see me because of my mistake of buying the wrong appointment. Then he said if I wasn’t understanding what he was saying then we wouldn’t be a good fit. Me, myself, enjoy quality of service but also quality of people. Very disappointed
