Spoke with Rodney on the phone and scheduled an appointment directly with him. Two weeks later I show up to my appointment and he tells me that he doesn't take new clients therefore cannot color or cut my hair & turned me away. That would have been good information to know when I spoke with him on the phone prior to making an appointment. When we spoke on the phone we talked about the length of my hair that it was short and I needed base color and highlight. Very shocked that someone could be that unprofessional. Never in my life have I received so many compliments from complete strangers on the beauty, depth and color of my hair! The magnitude of the shine is unreal and the color is absolutely gorgeous as well as flattering with my skin tone. My cut is stylish and easy for me to recreate every day. Rodney is the best at what he does!!! I don't let anyone else do my hair. I use to live in Scottsdale and now live in Denver, but I still come back every month to get my hair cut.
