Very professional staff. Angel although new to the company, has exemplary people skills and was very easy to talk to. Quite down to earth. Jeanette was very helpful and patient as well. And the rate? Fantastic. I'm beyond pleased compared to what I've been paying for the last number of years with Nationwide. I do not recommend Nationwide. 11 years no incidents, and my rate only kept going up, then they canceled it because I moved to a different state NOT because of nonpayment. Worst insurance company in the world. They don't accept liability for any claims even if you have full coverage. I had a total loss with full coverage but they refused to cover my vehicle.
