Worst insurance company in the world. They don't accept liability for any claims even if you have full coverage. I had a total loss with full coverage but they refused to cover my vehicle.
Malicimo servicio llevo más de 4 años medisen tal día es tu pago luego resultan q cuando voy a pagar q no es ese día y me cancelan la aseguranza y me toca renovarla y me cobran demás luego agrego un carro y me dicen va ser tal cantidad y luego llega el cobro del mes me dicen será tal cantidad y salen q es otra cantidad y salen con otra. No saben dar bien la información siempre salen con otra cantidad

It took forever to be seen even though it was only two customers in the office,me included and two employees working.The service was not so great.The agent had to keep asking her coworker questions as if she didn’t know what she was doing.I started to leave then someone else came over to help me.Do go if you don’t have over a hour to waste.
