Met with Rebecca and went over tax questions. Provided her all the information she requested. After 4 weeks never heard back. I reached out again and it has been 10 days and she still did not respond. Do not use these people.

We used this company for a couple of different services and were not impressed for several reasons. Initially, we contacted them for a tax impact consult and found their fees to be exorbitant and their estimations to be way off. That year we also filed our very simple standard tax returns through them and their fees were three times more expensive than anyone else we used previously, and it took weeks longer than when previous preparers prepared them.
